Our CREO driven color press delivers excellent 4-color quality on a wide variety of paper stock suitable for most mail applications. Plus, there are no big set-up charges which suits mail campaigns of all sizes.

Our design team can prepare your mailer with our First-Class imprint and merge it with you database of addresses. We can eliminate stamping and addressing for you on runs as small as 200 units!

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of your piece and the size of your list.

Example:

A postcard (4 1/4" by 5 1/2" ) mailer designed by you, full color on both sides, merged to a 900 piece list would be under $185. Postage for a 900 unit postcard mailing is $207. The entire mail campaing is under $400, or $0.44 per piece total.

Why First- Class?

ProCopy recommends First Class postage on smaller runs and most postcard mailers.

With our First Class imprint, the USPS will mail your items immediately and provide a return service on all non-deliverable mail for no additional charge. With First Class service, no sorting is required, which speeds up the printing process.

First Class mail is delivered by the USPS before other presorted mail classes. Postage for postcard size mailers costs less as First Class items and have all of the benefits of First Class mail, including return service for undeliverable pieces. First Class postage for postcards is $0.23 per piece for any quantity over the 200 piece minimum. For larger flat pieces (including postcards above the USPS maximum size), the current rate is $0.37.
